\nOrganizers will provide transportation from and to Skopje or Ohrid Airport or railway station and an excursion without any cost for all participants.<\/p>\nAll delegations must send the flight details (date, time and flight number for arrival\/departure) to the organizing committee\u00a0before 01 May 2017<\/strong>.<\/p>\n6. Travel expenses and arrivals<\/strong>
\nAccording to FIDE regulations the participating federations must cover the travel expenses of all players, coaches and accompanying persons. Any member country that needs a special invitation to obtain visa to get into Macedonia, please communicate to Macedonia.<\/p>\n7. Schedule<\/strong>

\nEach team (4 players up to one reserve) must bring 4 Braille chess sets, 2 Braille clocks and writing (redording) equipment.<\/p>\n9. Playing system and rate of play<\/strong>
\nThe chess Olympiad will be played in 9 rounds Swiss System.\u00a0The playing time will be 120 minutes for 40 moves, followed by 60 minutes for each player for the rest of the game, max. 6 hours.<\/p>\nDetailed rules will be send out with the programme.<\/p>\n
10. Prizes<\/strong>
\nTeams placed first, second and third will be awarded respectively with gold, silver and bronze medals. In case of a tie the final ranking will be decided in accordance with the FIDE rules..
\nThe prizes will be awarded at the official closing ceremony.
